Return Policy

    The Client have right of withdrawal from the concluded contract, without any penalties and reason, within 3 days from the reception of the products.

    How to return a product:
    1. The Client must inform of the withdrawal via e-mail info@foodsiciliano.com within 3 days from the reception of the products.
    2. Within 3 days of the reception of the products, the Client send the merchandise via local delivery service to:

    3. The returned merchandise must be delivered our offices intact together with the original packaging of the product(s); the delivery must display the sender information (name, address, email of the Client) and the reference number of the order.
    4. Shipping fees are to be paid by the Client and they are not refundable for any reason.
    5. The responsibility for loss or deterioration of the returned merchandise is on the Client. The Credit Institution chosen by the Client at the moment of the purchase will ensure the repayment within 30 days from the date of the return.
